Set up SNMP traps

Notifications of events that have happened are provided to an SNMP Agent via the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). SNMP Traps are sent by SD-WAN Orchestrator in response to current alarms, such as Edge Down and Edge Up.

  • You can set up v2c and v3 SNMP Trap Destinations in the Alert Configuration window’s SNMP Traps page.

    For SNMP v3 Trap, only the SHA-1 and AES-128 algorithms are supported at this time.
