You are able to collect firewall diagnostic information by utilizing the following remote diagnostic tests for Edges that are running Release 3.4.0 or later and also have Stateful Firewall activated:
Flush Firewall Sessions – When you run this test on the right Edge and give it the Source and Destination IP addresses, it will clear out any current firewall sessions that need to be reset. That’s just what the Stateful Firewall needs. When you run this test on an Edge, it not only clears the firewall sessions, but it also sends a TCP RST to any TCP-based sessions.
