Diagnostic Bundles for Edges

With diagnostic bundles, users may zip up all the log and configuration files into one convenient location. The diagnostic bundles contain data that can be utilized for debugging.

The process of creating and accessing Diagnostic Bundles

  • At the top of the Enterprise portal window, click the “Open New Orchestrator UI” button.
  • In the pop-up window, select Launch New Orchestrator UI.
  • The monitoring and configuration options are shown when the user interface opens in a new tab.
  • On the Diagnostics tab of the new user interface.
  • To request the following bundles, click Diagnostic Bundles:
  • Ask for a PCAP Bundle: A Packet Capture bundle is a group of network packet data. PCAP packages can be asked for by Operators, Standard Admins, and Customer Support.
  • Ask for Diagnostic Bundle: The Diagnostic bundle is a group of every configuration and logs from a certain Edge. Diagnostic packages can only be asked for by Operators.

The option to Request Diagnostic Bundle is restricted to users who are Operators. You can request a PCAP Bundle if you are an Enterprise or Partner user.
